Easingwold Running Club Thanks Race Marshals at Social Event

Easingwold Running Club recently held a special thank-you social to recognise the volunteer marshals who supported the inaugural Easingwold 10K.

Head Marshal Jason Wheeler addressed the group, saying:

“We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the volunteer marshals who gave up their time to support this year’s Easingwold 10K Road Race. Your commitment, enthusiasm, and encouragement ensured the event ran smoothly and safely for every runner, spectator, and resident along the course. The success of the race simply wouldn’t be possible without your invaluable help, and we are truly grateful for the energy and dedication you brought to the day. We hope you can join us again to help make next year’s event just as successful.”

As a token of appreciation, each marshal was presented with a commemorative medal from the organising team.

Looking ahead, entries are already open for next year’s race, which will take place on Sunday 26th July at 10am. For full details and to register, visit the Easingwold Running Club website.
