"Whether you run for fun, health, improvement, make friends this is a great club. With numerous coaches and runners who have the same passions you are sure to enjoy and benefit from membership. Run meets have a number of groups so that you run with others of shared abilities whether that be gentle jog or a serious runner, meeting at a variety of locations so the routes are varied , or entering and training for events, quite a cool club shirt too!"
