Recently more of our members have shown an interest in cross country running events over the winter months. As a result, we now enter both male and female teams in the North Yorkshire and South Durham Harrier Cross Country League.

Several members also regularly take part in the Hardmoors Race Series.

It is a great way to keep up your health and fitness during the cold and dark winter months.

​

Usually one or two of the NYSD Cross Country events are part of the Club Championship.

​

You can register with Neil or Colin on club nights. Entry is £7 for the whole series.
