Sunday 1st March we had the second race of the championship. I believe the Muddy Boots 10k lived up to its name this year!

 

Well done to the 18 ERC runners who took part.

Nicola Convy currently heads up the women's competition, with Ed Duffield leading the men after 2 events.

Our next championship fixture is the Thirsk 10 on 22nd March followed by Helmsley 10k on 5th April. 

 

I have had a couple of questions about how the age-adjusted times are calculated for the championship. On the website we have a section on the Club Championship which includes the rules and links to the tables of male and female age-adjusted times. We are using the 2020 age factors and there is a handy calculator if you want to check out how it works for yourself.
