RESULTS
The 2022 season is well under way with four events completed. Grace Raper and Roy McGhie currently lead the male and female championships. 32 females and 30 male club members have participated in at least one event so far this year.
Club Championship - Standings after Round 8
ORMESBY HALL XC
CC ROUND 1
Both teams battled their way through some extremely muddy conditions.
Emma Atkinson and Mark Whiteman took home maximum points.

THIRSK 10
CC ROUND 3
18 club members took part in this 10 mile race, a traditional part of the club championship calendar. Georgina Robinson and Simon Donoghue were first female and male.

HOODED HORSE
CC ROUND 5
Definitely the Championship Race with the most ascent over it's 10k distance and over some testing terrain. 22 members were among the 122 finishers and it was ERC's Craig Gath who took the top spot finishing in 46:32.

TADCASTER RRL
CC ROUND 7
Well done to the 32 ERC members who took part. Julian and Georgina were first male and female home for the club.

RICHMOND XC
CC ROUND 2
Another race with very challenging conditions. Well done to the ten members who ran.
Maximum points go to Mark and Emma and Dave Todd was first male home.

SUTTON XC
CC ROUND 4
A new local event organised by the club which was run in great sunny conditions. Dave Todd was first male and Jane Cowley first female.

POCKLINGTON RRL
CC ROUND 6
Thirty ERC members ran last night in great conditions with a cooling breeze on the closed roads course.
Well done to Julian and Emma who were first in for the club.

YORK EVEN SPLITS
CC ROUND 8
14 ERC members took part in this 5K dash which was very wet and windy for late May! Julian and Hannah were first male and female with Stefan and Hannah taking the 50 points.
