On Sunday the penultimate fixture of the club championship took place, our own Sutton on Forest XC. 27 runners took part in great conditions on the lovely 3 lap route over grass fields and woodland.

It was fantastic to see so many new members taking part. Many thanks to all who organised and volunteered. 

Congratulations to Neil King and Anna Jones who were first back.

Neil King can now not be beaten and wins the men's competition, well done Neil! Brendan Anglim takes 2nd and Julian Ollive 3rd place.  The standings in the women's competition are Megan Remmer the winner, Nicola Convy in 2nd and Pippa Hutton and Sally-Anne Lardner currently tied for 3rd.

Our final fixture of the season is the NYSD XC Summerhill on 7th December.
